Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to make your packet: your name, email, property address, HOA name, project details and the files you upload. Stripe processes your payment and shares your email and name with us; we never receive your card number.

Your files are stored in a private storage bucket and deleted automatically 60 days after upload. Finished packets are available on your private order page during that time. We use automated document tools, including AI services run by third-party providers, to read your HOA guidelines and draft the packet; these providers process your files only on our behalf. Every packet is checked before delivery. Working copies are deleted on the same schedule.

We do not sell your information. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies for browsing; if we run search ads, the ad platform may record that a visit led to a purchase (a conversion), without your files or project details.
