Who we are

YardPacket is operated by Bhindi Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202525565H), 3 Fraser Street, #04-23A DUO Tower, Singapore 189352 ("we"). Contact: hello@yardpacket.com.

The service

For a one-time fee of $49 (USD) we prepare one document packet for one exterior project at one property, based on the files and details you provide, to help you submit a request to your homeowners association's architectural review committee. Delivery is by email and a private download page within 48 hours of receiving complete files.

Not professional advice

We are not a law firm, licensed surveyor, architect or engineer. Nothing we provide is legal advice, a survey, or an engineered drawing. Site sketches are illustrations on the plat or survey you provide and are not to scale. You are responsible for checking the packet, the accuracy of what you tell us, property lines, utilities, permits and any building codes. Your HOA and your local government make their own decisions; we do not guarantee approval.

Your files

You confirm you have the right to share the documents you upload. We use them only to prepare your packet. See the privacy policy.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Card statements show LAUKI* YARDPACKET; payments are processed by our billing entity, Bhindi Labs Pte. Ltd.

Refunds

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the packet.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
