Refunds and guarantee

Full refund, no questions

• If we miss the 48-hour delivery window after you've sent complete files.
• If you cancel before we start your packet (email us any time before delivery).
• If you paid but decide not to upload anything within 30 days, just ask.

Fix-it-free guarantee

If your HOA returns or denies the request because something we were responsible for is missing or wrong (a cited section, a measurement we drew incorrectly, a required attachment we listed but didn't include), we fix it free within 2 business days. If we can't fix it, you get a full refund.

One free revision is included for any other changes your HOA asks for on the same project within 30 days.

What we can't refund

A committee's decision based on the project itself (for example the HOA doesn't allow that fence height at all), once the packet has been delivered as described. We'll still help you adjust and resubmit with one free revision.

How

Email hello@yardpacket.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
